How to use:

Step 1:

Twist the tail of the capsule or use scissors to cut the tail.

Step 2:

Remove the tail of the capsule & throw it.

Steps 3&4:

Squeeze the capsule & apply the contents to your baby/Child mouth.

Caution & Warnings:

In recommended dose Vitamin D is very safe with rare and very rare possible side effects which may/may not include: Hypercalciuria, Rush , Urticaria, nausea and vomiting.
